Challenge 


The client needed a cohesive visual toolkit for all advertising formats throughout the year. Relying on multiple smaller shoots was expensive and created visual fragmentation across campaigns, diminishing brand clarity and creative efficiency.



What We Did 


We designed and executed a mega shoot model: 12 days of coordinated production based on carefully crafted creative briefs. These covered layout use-cases, brand tone, casting, props, and styling. Post-production workflows were structured for speed and consistency—delivering 96 finished advertising layouts. We also demonstrated financial and operational advantages, positioning the shoot as a strategic investment rather than a budget burden.



Impact 


The final asset library allowed creative teams to produce campaigns faster and with unified art direction. Costs were reduced by 35%, while output quality increased. The client gained a long-term content system instead of one-off deliverables.
