Category: Media Capability & Training

Client: Tamkeen Bahrain

Format: National Media Education Program

Challenge

Bahrain’s creative sector faced a gap: talented young professionals were entering the workforce without practical skills aligned with modern media production standards. Tamkeen sought to create a comprehensive training initiative grounded in real-world delivery.

What We Did

We built a modular curriculum from the ground up: visual communication, animation, production, editing, and creative direction. In collaboration with Cartoon Network, we integrated studio exposure and live projects. Each program cycle culminated in a showcase job fair where participants exhibited original work, pitched concepts, and connected with recruiters from media and advertising sectors.

Impact

The program ran successfully over five years, producing graduates who stepped directly into agency roles and broadcast environments. The initiative was recognized regionally as a benchmark for talent development.

Takeaway

Great talent already exists, it just needs a lens and a runway. Industry alignment turns learning into leadership.
